One factory, from pattern to carton

Why buyers stay with us

The things that decide whether a plush order goes smoothly are rarely the price.

Pattern making, cutting, embroidery, sewing, stuffing, inspection and packing all happen under one roof, so nothing is passed to a workshop we cannot walk into. That is what keeps a 5,000-piece run looking like the sample you approved.

A real 100-piece minimum

Not 100 pieces spread over three colours. One design, one hundred units — enough to test a market without paying for a container.

Photos before we cut fabric

You see the pattern, the fabric swatches and a sewn sample photographed from every side. Nothing goes into bulk until you have written "approved".

Toy safety built in, not bolted on

Locked safety eyes, reinforced seams and PP cotton that meets EN71-3. We keep the test reports on file and can arrange third-party lab testing.

One person owns your order

The same contact answers your first email and your shipping notice, in your own language, usually inside 12 working hours.

From sketch to shipment

Seven steps, and you sign off on three of them.

  1. Send your artwork

A drawing, a 3D render or a photo of an existing toy. Tell us the size, the quantity and the target price if you have one. A phone photo of a napkin sketch is genuinely enough.

  2. Quote within 12 hours

We come back with a unit price, tooling and sample cost, the fabrics we would use, and the lead time. If the budget does not work, we say what would have to change.

  3. Pattern and fabric selection

Our pattern maker drafts the panels and we photograph the fabric swatches next to your artwork so you can judge colour and pile before anything is cut.

  4. Sample in 7–10 days

A full sewn sample, photographed from six angles and weighed. Changes are free for the first two rounds — most designs need one.

Questions buyers ask first

Short answers. The full list is on the FAQ page.

  • What is the minimum order quantity?

100 pieces per design for most product lines, and 500 pieces for claw machine toys. That is 100 of one design in one colourway, not 100 split across a range. If you need fewer for a crowdfunding pilot, ask — we can sometimes run 50 at a higher unit price.

  • How much does a sample cost?

Between USD 80 and USD 250 depending on complexity, which covers pattern drafting, fabric and the labour to sew a one-off. The fee is refunded against your bulk order. Courier is about USD 30–50.

  • How long does everything take?

A quote in 12 working hours, a sample in 7–10 days, and bulk production in 25–35 days after you approve the sample. Add shipping: 3–6 days by express, 25–40 days by sea.

  • What artwork do you need?

Anything readable. Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) are ideal, layered PSD is fine, and a clear photo of a hand drawing works. If the design is not symmetrical, send front, back and side views.

Send us your drawing

A sketch on paper is enough to start. Tell us the size and quantity and you will have a costed quote within 12 working hours.
